Practical tools and techniques, with 'as live' observed practice and feedback. Group size 12-20.

Create an Internal Coaching Cadre

For organisations wanting to create a family of internal coaches, in order to offer more coaching across the company - particularly to leaders for whom there is currently little or no provision. 'Platinum' 8-day Internal Coach Programme or 'Gold' 6-day Internal Coach Programme, delivered in three modules, by two Executive Leadership Coaches. Delivers internal coaches, who are safe to work within EMCC & ICF coaching competencies. Supervision, mentoring and continuous professional development packages accompany all Internal Coach Programmes. Group size 12-25.
