Privacy Policy

I only collect personal data that you choose to give me. This includes: information you submit via the contact form — your name, email address, organisation (if provided) and the content of your message; and information you provide when you contact me directly, for example by email or telephone. I do not collect special category (sensitive) personal data through this website, and I ask that you do not include such information in contact form messages.

I use the information you provide solely to: respond to your enquiry and correspond with you; discuss and, where relevant, arrange coaching, speaking or related services; and keep records of our correspondence. The lawful basis for this processing is my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and conducting my professional practice, and, where we go on to work together, the performance of a contract with you. I will not use your details for marketing without your consent, and I do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your information is held securely and is accessible only by me. Contact form submissions are sent to my email address and stored within my email and business records. I take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

I keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as necessary to respond to you and, where relevant, for the duration of our working relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards for legal and business record-keeping. After that, your data is securely deleted. You can ask me to delete your information sooner at any time.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to: request access to the personal data I hold about you; ask me to correct inaccurate or incomplete data; ask me to delete your data; object to or restrict how I use your data; and request that your data be transferred to you or another provider. To exercise any of these rights, email me at rachel@rachelellison.com. I will respond within one month.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
